What does it

No, the Band will provide most of
the items of uniform.
What will it cost me?
We have a subscription of just
£1.00 (less than ½ a pint of beer) per week for adults and 50p per week for
juniors.
Do I have to be an expert
Player?
No, Lessons and Tuition shall be
provided.
What Members are you looking
for?
Pipers, Drummers and Drum Majors
of all ages and abilities.
The Band
is a Member of the Royal Scottish
Pipe Band Association
meets to practise at The Scout Hall, School Lane, Elworth, Sandbach every
Wednesday (except for short breaks at Christmas and the end of August)
between 7.30 and 10.00 pm. Special arrangements will be made for beginners.
has entered Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association Competitions at Ashbourne
and Chatsworth and hopes to do so again.
performs at Engagements, such as Fκtes, Garden Parties, Weddings, Street
Entertainments, Street Parades and the like about once a month.
How do I join?
Ring Reg Flower on 01625-420112 to
make sure a practise has not been cancelled and then just come along to one
or more of our Practise Sessions to see how you like it (and us!)
How do I find you?
Take the road out of Sandbach
towards Middlewich. You will see a sign telling you when you reach Elworth.
Look out for a School and Church on the left. They are both on School Lane.
Turn left into School Land and after about 400 yards look out for a large
building on your right. That building is the Scout Hall.
